Argegno is located approximately 15 km from Como Town centre and so within 20 minutes drive to the motorway making it ideal for commuting to Milan or further afield with Milan airports within 60 minutes drive. Argegno is a key town on the western side of Lake Como apart from being within easy reach of Milan it is also well served by local public transport - ferries and bus services ensuring residents can access all parts of the lake. It is also know as the gateway to the Intelvi Valley, which is famous for its large green open spaces, ideal for hiking, as well as a Ski Resort and Golf Course at nearby Lanzo Intelvi. The valley also provides access to Porlezza, Lake Lugano and the city of Lugano (Switzerland). Argegno is also famed in the area for its wealth of restaurants, bars as well as other essential services - bank, chemist, post office, Lido shops and stores, everything you need on your door step.
