Furthermore Villa Balbianello a beautiful eighteenth century villa owned by the FAI from 1988 is famed more recently as the location of Hollywood movies such as Star Wars, Ocean Eleven and Casino Royale.

Lenno has many facilities such as restaurants and bars, two supermarkets, banks, shops and a beautiful lido overlooking the wonderful Venus Bay. Every Tuesday Lenno plays host to a very picturesque Market that runs along the lakeside and where shoppers can find a variety local products.
