Inside the smaller cottage building there is a kitchen fully furnished with Minacciolo furniture (a brand which famous for its country chic style). There are beautiful lake views from the kitchen window. On both sides of the cottage there are 2 large terraces that can comfortably accommodate tables, chairs and deck chairs.
Inside the larger rustic house there is a living area with feature fireplace, a bathroom with shower, and a staircase that leads to the large double bedroom with featured exposed beams and a window overlooking Bellagio.
At the rear of the property there is a BBQ area and pizza oven, while in the basement there is a splendid cellar with a vaulted ceiling. The property includes an area with whirlpool tub and shower.
Access to the house is perfectly lit, thanks to a modern electrical system; the house also has solar panels, underfloor heating and air conditioning that can be used for both winter heating and summer cooling.
The plumbing system consists of the collection and use of rainwater with 4 filter wells, 3 underground tanks of 1500 liters (1 of filtered water and 2 unfiltered), in addition there are 2 tanks behind building B of 1000 liters each and another 4 of 300 liters each.
The house is also equipped with a video surveillance system with 6 cameras and vision via dedicated APP.
The property also comes land (3600 sq., m), only the perimeter around the house is fenced. Ossuccio is a small village situated between Lenno and Sala Comacina and is in close proximity to Isola Comacina which is the only island in Lake Como. Lenno is within 1km and here there are a wealth of services, facilities and amenities. Lenno is also home to the world famous Villa Balbianello a beautiful eighteenth century villa owned by the FAI from 1988 and more recently used for location of Hollywood movies such as Star Wars, Ocean Eleven and Casino Royale. Lenno also has a variety of shops, restaurants and bars and two supermarkets. Every Tuesday there is an open air market which runs along the side of the lake and sells all menner of goods including clothes, food, ironmongery and flowers
